Something wrong, or a question about the game? Write to us and a person will answer.
Tell us what happened and what you expected, your iPhone's model and iOS version, and your six-letter player ID if the game has given you one (More, then Ally: My ID). A screenshot helps.
Play-testing
Skyward Oath is being play-tested through TestFlight. Testers can also send feedback from the TestFlight app, or by taking a screenshot in the game and choosing to share it with the developer.
Questions
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone, and on your account as you play. Sign in on another iPhone with the same Apple, Google or email account and your game is there. If two phones have both played since they last agreed, the game asks which one to keep.
How do I start over?
In the game, open Settings (the cog on the Crypt) and choose Start over. This erases your Hero, familiars and progress for good, on your iPhone and on your account.
Someone wrote something nasty to me
Tap Report on the post or on the player's Profile: it is hidden for you and sent to us. Tap Block on their Profile and they can no longer find you or write on your Board, you no longer see their posts, and any ally link between you ends. We read every report, and we remove posts and stop players writing or trading when they break the rules below.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, open Settings and choose Delete account. It deletes your account and everything our server holds for it at once: your saved game, your name, posts, offers, fights and ally links. You can also write to us from the email you signed in with and we will do it for you. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.
Purchases
The game sells nothing yet. When it does, purchases go through the App Store, and refunds through Apple's Report a Problem page.
Rules for playing with others
- No abuse, threats, hate, harassment or sexual content in player names, comments, posts or gifts.
- Don't post anyone's real name, address, phone number or other contact details, including your own.
- No spam, advertising, scams, or trading for real money.
- Don't cheat, or use bugs or other software to get ahead. Tell us about bugs instead.
Players who break these rules may have posts removed and be stopped from writing, trading or fighting other players.
